It all began with a dream by a visionary named Jimmy C. Lee III, the owner and founder of The Moors Golf and Racquet club on Avalon Blvd. The championship golf course combines the finest elements of Scottish and Florida golf, and is heralded by many as one of the most challenging rounds in the Panhandle. By virtue of his love for this area, Jimmy desired Northwest Florida to be the birthplace of unrivaled residential living featuring luxury homes in a paramount world-class planned community.
